This position is full-time. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00am - 10:00pm, Monday - Friday and rotating shifts for Saturday's 8:00am - 5:00pm within candidates' perspective Time Zone (CST or EST). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 6200 Northwest Parkway, San Antonio, Texas 78249, OR 3803 N Elm St., Greensboro, NC 27455.

- Coordinate and supervise daily/weekly/monthly activities of a team members
- Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals are met
- Coordinate work activities with other supervisors, managers, departments, etc.
- Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes, expertise, and judgment
- Provide coaching, feedback, and annual performance reviews as well as formal corrective action

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent years of work experience
- 1+ years of supervisory/leadership experience
- 5+ years of experience analyzing and solving customer problems in an office, claims or customer service environment
- Proficiency with Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements.
