In addition to offering the ability to accept major credit cards as payment we also offer loyalty and gift, and check processing programs utilizing various processing solutions to meet market demands.

_Summary: _

EMS is currently seeking a Customer Service Supervisor at our Cleveland, Ohio location. The role of a Customer Service Supervisor demands constant focus and commitment to the customer service team. This individual should have experience, with an above average ability to facilitate requests from all communication channels. Additionally, because our industry is dynamic, and fast-paced this position demands a commitment to learning and expanding professional, industry and technical knowledge.

_Required Duties and Responsibilities: _

Manages a team of assigned customer service representatives and ensures they comply with company guidelines particularly related to quality of service.
Monitors/reviews calls or other correspondence between representatives and customers.
Ensures that representatives are informed about changes to company products and services.
Collects data and prepares reports regarding customer complaints and inquiries.
Prepares knowledge-based documents such as summaries and responses to frequently asked questions.
Identifies opportunities to update or improve customer service procedures including recommendations to the Manager of the Client Services Department.
Other duties as assigned.

_Essential Skills and Experience: _

Three-years experience in a Customer Helpdesk environment.
Strong analytical, organization and planning skills
Able to craft clear and concise business correspondence via email and chat.
Typing proficiency of 30-50 WPM.
Ability to adapt in a dynamic industry and work in a fast paced office.
Demonstrate effective problem solving skills
Knowledge of PC/Windows/Internet related technologies; knowledge and experience working with MS Outlook, Word and Excel. Must demonstrate an ability to learn new and customized software/web-based applications.
Familiarity using smartphone and tablets, both Apple and Android based.
Ability to lead and train new and existing support staff.

_Desired Skills and Experience: _

Three -years experience in a remote support technical support environment.
Comp-TIA A+, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist Certification or other IT/Help Desk Certification.
Prior experience in Merchant Services or Electronic Payments Industry.
