WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Lead all aspects of the sales order process to ensure customer loyalty through ease of doing business, resulting in increased in customer satisfaction.
Measure and report on performance of the group relative to critical metrics while highlighting opportunities for improvement
Employ a variety of tools and IT applications to drive improvements and efficiencies that deliver magnificent customer service
Find opportunities to enhance processes working cross functionally with IT business partners to define requirements and implement changes through project related activities.
Track and take ownership of customer feedback by coordinating corrective and preventative actions with responsible department.
Facilitate expediting processes as required to meet customers' needs
Drive an environment of continuous improvement in all areas of customer service including training, quotations, order tracking, application, and general customer requests and price negotiation
Coach, lead, and develop team and manage team workload to ensure the best use of resources
Collaborate globally to ensure practices are consistent and aligned with ISO standards

YOU HAVE:
Bachelors degree in business administration or management or other related field preferred
5+ years of experience in Customer Service and/or Sales support
2+ years leading a team or supervisory experience preferred
Operational knowledge of contact/customer service centers.
Knowledge of how a distribution and direct sales environment operate.
Knowledge of products within the electrical, electronic or datacom industry or related manufacturing field a plus
Knowledge of local market relationships and partnerships with customers, distributors and manufacturer's reps.
Skilled at building and implementing plans aligned with the strategic vision.
Validated skill in exceeding customer expectations and a passion for improving the delivery of services with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Skilled in communication of all types to all levels of stakeholders.
Ability to build and maintain effective work relationships, both internal and external, and establish credibility with business partners.
Ability to commit to results. Plan, organize, and prioritize time/workload and delegate work in order to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to efficiently coach and cultivate staff growth and development.
Ability to negotiate by collaborating with others to arrive at a conclusion using compromise, persuasion, and influence, rationale and tact both internally and externally in a selling environment
