Responsibilities of the Customer Service Specialist :
Handle inbound customer calls
Process orders, track shipments, and process returns
Work in multiple systems at a time
Provide a professional and personal service in all customer interactions
Requirements of the Customer Service Specialist:
Well-spoken and personable
Strong computer skills
Excellent communication skills
Enjoys solving problems and finding solutions
High School Diploma / GED
