The Role:
Modern Matter is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping our interior design customers by providing product information, helping them place their orders, and facilitating product returns. You will also help them set up their accounts on Shopify and help with transactions. This is an hourly position to start and is overtime eligible.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and web chat
Provide information about the products
Assist with the placement of orders, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products
Advise on company information, such as lead times, showroom locations, shipping methods, etc.
Answer questions about our trade program and the application process.
Manage Gorgias Helpdesk App and Aircall Phone Service App.
Work with the Customer Service Manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Qualifications:
2-4 years experience in eCommerce, online sales, customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients and provide excellent customer care
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
College degree is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:

Supplemental pay types:
