Centralplas is Hiring!!! We are in search of a dynamic individual with an associate degree or two years customer service experience to join our already fantastic team in Customer service as a Customer Care Specialist (CCS). This individual must be a _service first_, _thoughtful thinker_ who works _independently and efficiently_ with _teamwork and quality focus_ as their way of working.
The job duties could include the following based on the candidate's previous experiences but not limited to
quote on the basis of Excel calculations
truck booking
Shipping / receiving and billing document processing
Customer communication
Interdepartmental communication
Basic works on accounting and HR
What we need from you is a proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word, a willingness to satisfy our customers and a "can do" attitude. Quickbooks experiences preferred. Apply today !!!
