Roles and Responsibilities
Onboarding and follow-ups with potential & new students.
Answering inbound phone calls, texts, and emails from new & current students.
Replying to all social media posts and interactions.
Becoming an expert on our education packages, products, and events.
Event reminder calls/text.
Ensure Student satisfaction while maintaining a professional Student experience.
Double-checking paperwork to make sure it matches the online database.
