CUSTOMER SERVICE SALES ASSOCIATE DETAILS:
Temp-to-Hire position
$15.00 to $15.00 /hour
Full Time and Part Time work available
Weekend work required
First Shift (Monday through Sunday from 10:00am to 07:00pm)
Greet customers and make them feel at home
Answer any questions the customers may have
Assist Customers in preparing their orders
Provide estimates to customers and get approval for work
Maintain parts inventory and parts room in an organized and tidy
condition
Receive inventory in a timely manner checking for accuracy against
PO's and entering accurate quantities in the ERP system
Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
Friendly attitude when dealing with customers and employees
CUSTOMER SERVICE SALES ASSOCIATE QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have QuickBooks, Word, Excel, Outlook experience
Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
Good communication skills with customers
Clean drivers license
Applicant may be subject to a background check
Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
