The Spare Parts Customer Service Trainer is responsible for training new and existing employees that interact directly with the customers. They will be responsible for providing ongoing, motivational and informative learning to the Spare Parts teams.

This opportunity offers a combination of work from home days and office.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain a high level of professionalism and work to establish a positive rapport with new and existing employees
Provide relevant and timely training to new and existing employees by utilizing the proper tools / methods
Document all work flow processes and provide continuous updates as needed
Maintain and update the Spare Parts Sharepoint with appropriate documentation
Support Call Center Supervisor with individual performance topics and ongoing training topics
Provide back up to the Team Lead as the point of contact for troubleshooting as needed
Identify and assess employees' needs in order to provide personalized training to each individual
Become familiar with department KPIs in order to identify trends where additional training may be necessary
Provide guidance and support to the Customer Service Group and identify where additional training is needed
Possess a working knowledge of existing systems such as SIS, SAP, HALO and CRM, and any new ones as they may arise
Identify systems and workflow improvements to enhance the team's efficiency
Learn and understand the role of all Spare Part employees that interact with customers
Assist department by processing tickets when additional capacity is needed for the Spare Parts, Service & Expeditor teams
Stay up to date with all TRUMPF training and available learning to provide guidance to others
Provide weekly report card for management during Spare Parts employee training
Other topics and projects as they arise

Experience

Qualifying candidates must possess strong customer service and order entry experience. Good organizational skills, including time management and the ability to successfully multi-task is required. Training experience is preferred. Must be able to communicate patiently and diplomatically. SAP experience is preferred; a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and the suite of products is necessary, including TEAMS, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, and Word. The candidate must be hard working, open to feedback and able to work independently.

Education

Minimum High School diploma or equivalent. College degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
