CPS Recruitment is partnering with an established heating and fueling company in Syracuse NY to find Customer Service Representatives!
We are in search of 8+ talented, ambitious individuals who are interested in being part of a team that recognizes achievements and celebrates successes! This is a long term temporary assignment with potential for growth and advancement!
Duties include:
Respond to service requests
Investigate and resolve customer questions and concerns
Prepare and distribute reports on a regular and timely basis
Billing and payments
Participate in inside sales activities
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
2 years of experience in customer service or call center
Excellent written and verbal skills
Strong Computer and data entry skills
Applicants must follow the CPS employment guidelines and be willing to comply with our drug screening policy and other pre-employment requirements.
