Our team of Customer Service Representatives help answer customer support questions, assist in accurate and detailed understanding of customer issues, and provide a positive experience for our customers. The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent communication skills, initiative to solve problems on the spot and have an ability to multitask effectively.
Hybrid Schedule is available after completion of training!
Essential Duties:
Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
Generate sales leads.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Accurately process customer transactions including orders and returns.
Manage time effectively, meet goals, and work effectively with other members of the EuroPharma sales and marketing team.
Present a professional image to customers and provide high levels of customer service.
Keep up to date with new product line, and/or pricing policies.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution is satisfactory.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Keep up to date on competition, competitive issues, products and markets for supplements
Basic Requirements:
Positive and professional attitude
Proven customer support skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word
Team player
Two years' experience in customer facing or servicing role
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience utilizing a CRM system
Knowledge of health industry/health products
