Greet customers and asses their concerns with their vehicle
Answer phones and transfer to the correct person if necessary
Document customer concerns in shop management system
Work with Service and Collision department and their customers
Bill out customer at the end of repairs
Build files and prepare all paper work for drop off
Schedule and update rental vehicles
Work closely with all members of the team to ensure a smooth repair process for the customer
Requirements
Valid and Insurable Drivers license
A great attitude
Willingness to Learn
