Customer Service Representative
FULL-TIME
$22/hr
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for being the first point of contact for our various Public Warehousing customers. The Customer Service Representative works with the leadership team to ensure the operational goals of the department are met. The Customer Service Representative resolves issues concerning orders and shipping of customers products.
Duties include:
• Data entry/upload of customer order/receipts and review of warehouse data entry for receipts.
• Place product on and remove from holds timely per customer request.
• Report damages to customer in a timely manner and process dump orders as needed.
• Responds professionally and timely to inquiries, issues, concerns of Holman's customers.
• Addresses carrier concerns; completes action items; resolves issues within policy and stated guidelines.
• Investigate any inventory discrepancies between Holman and the customer including requesting cycle counts from the warehouse.
• Investigates any errors in the inbound (IB) and outbound (OB) process that lead to inaccuracies; finds root cause and takes initiative to correct.
• Captures revenue for special requests and for daily activities based on the rates established for the customer.
• Generates various reports as necessary for account status tracking purposes.
• Maintains electronic customer files in accordance with record retention requirements.
• Reliable attendance at scheduled shifts.
• Performs all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards.

Schedule
Shift start: 9:00AM
Shift length: 8 - 8.5 hours
Monday - Friday with occasional weekend dates - also provides backup coverage for an 11am to 8pm shift

Must be at least 18+ years old
At least 2 years related experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment & customer service experience. Basic computer or tablet skills; basic office equipment. Word, Excel, and High Jump experience a plus.
