Entry Level Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Work directly with other CSRs and Management staff to provide accurate information and superior customer service contributions to boost company reputation and stature
Deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to customer concerns knowledgeably and empowered to provide consistent and impeccable customer experience
Establish customer accounts, review and accurately enter order information, and handle confidential client information
Meet or exceed daily business goals and expectations to increase profit margins and sales revenue
Ensure that customers have a positive experience by exhibiting supportive behaviors, collaboration, and an enthusiastic, positive attitude.
Educate customers on product features, values, and any deals or promotions
Entry Level Customer Service Associate Requirements:
1-2 years of customer service or sales experience
High school Diploma / GED
Effective and persuasive communication and negotiation skills
Goal-oriented and resourceful
Trustworthy and Reliable: Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Immaculate decision making and problem-solving abilities
Passion for building customer loyalty through remarkable listening, relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication
