The Customer Service Representative position in South Paris, Maine is responsible for interfacing directly with customers and building positive company impressions. You will have a solid understanding of daily contact with customers, mills, and logistics, compiling and generating reports as they relate to customer requirements, and resolving a variety of order-related issues by coordinating and communicating with customers. Successful candidates will be personable, adaptable, and have a positive demeanor which will represent the company well. This is a full-time position.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Prior front-facing customer service experience preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products with strong emphasis in Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to perform different tasks simultaneously under time pressure
Strong attention to detail to effectively perform administrative tasks
An enthusiastic team spirit
Ability work in call center environment
