Job Overview

We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Rep who is looking for long-term employment and looking for growth opportunities.

This position holds the potential for further growth within our sales team.

Sales Support Specialist Duties include:
• Order entry
• Performs clerical functions, customer service support, and correspondence.
• Telephone, fax, and email communications and routes accordingly.
• Customer Request for Quotations processing.
• Review Customer Purchase orders and contracts.
• Review and update customer quality clauses and conditions.
• Review documentation for order processing, shipping, and packing slips.
• Processing all Customer returns and replacements.
• Coordinate product scheduling of orders and shipments with the Team.
• Tracks shipped orders & notifies customers of delays.
• Responsible for closing packets.
• Proper storage retention processing on closed packets and files.
• Route customer inquiries for technical assistance as required.

Requirements
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Professional experience with customer service or sales support
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
