About the Job:
As a Customer Service Representative with Southern Solar you are part a team that provides top level service and problem-solving to our customer base. This is not a standard position where you take a call and never speak to the customer again; it is not a "switch-board operator" type of position. We are looking for individuals who have a PASSION and DRIVE for truly outstanding customer service, who can solve problems and work with customers in every situation, who go above and beyond EVERY DAY to exceed our customer's expectations. SERVICE to the client is the primary objective.
Objectives:
Answer all calls in real time, with a goal of no calls to voice mail
Listen to customer complaints and work with Management towards a resolution
Be a Listener , Be Service Minded
Coordinate with our field staff in a support role
Be a problem solver: Own the situation and WOW the customer!
Work with a team and stay positive even during high-stress situations
Complete daily and weekly tasks as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
2+ Years in Customer Service
Excellent communication skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Must be a self-starter and able to handle a fast-paced environment
Tech Savvy
Good job history
Driver's License
