Someone who takes pride in keeping things highly organized. Additionally, this is a person who takes on tasks with a high sense of urgency to make sure that all customers are cared for at the highest level. Someone who takes pride in tasks being treated as immediately and actionable items NOT things that are left for later.
A Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide service information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Proactively address problems and suggest solutions
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Job Type: Full-time
