Job Description: Customer service is a must! Sales experience is a plus! We are looking for a quick learner who thrives in a team environment and supports others while working towards a common goal. This position will primarily respond to communications through mass email, social media, and phone for monthly events. Some weekends and evenings are required during events, but there is compensation of time off and flexible schedules are available.
We are looking for a responsible Onboarding Specialist to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities. Administrative Assistant responsibilities include communicating with clients and potential clients through various channels and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like G Suite and office equipment. Ultimately, a successful Onboarding Specialist should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office and be comfortable wearing different hats from day-to-day.
Responsibilities:
Respond to or direct communications (email, phone, social media, text, etc.)
Organize and schedule appointments
Assist in onboarding clients
Collect Payments
Maintain and update contact lists
Update client profiles
Send and execute documents to clients
Skills:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Proficiency in G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Gmail)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Ability to quickly learn and implement new programs
College Degree preferred
