Job Overview
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative in Columbus, Ohio! Our representatives provide open, friendly and enthusiastic service to each of our customers.

Our pop-up shops are versatile, so our customer service team members will have the opportunity to grow beyond a single job function, collaborating with inventory, merchandising, customer service and store management to get the most out of their workday.
The Day to Day:
Assist with various store functions and activities as directed by the store manager Perform keyholder duties as necessary
Adhere to all store policies and safety guidelines
Welcome each customer with a friendly and professional greeting
Have a working knowledge of current products
Provide change during customer transactions
Ensure that register area is clean and presentable throughout the day
Work with team members to ensure an excellent shopping experience for customers while maintaining the store vibe
Drive sales through product recommendations
What You'll Need:
Great customer service, and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in a customer facing role in a retail, café, or restaurant environment is a plus, we need candidates who love interacting on a one-to-one basis
Access to reliable transportation
Must be over eighteen years of age and possess work authorization
Ability to use the POS interface
The cashier will need to be able to stand for multiple hours and lift items to be scanned at the register
