Job Overview
We're looking for Customer Service Representatives that are available to start work within the coming weeks in our office in Cincinnati, Ohio.
If you're over 18 years of age, able to commute to Cincinnati, we'd love to hear from you!
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities and Duties:
Respond professionally and efficiently to customer inquiries
Learn how to deliver great customer service to both new and existing clients.
Attend daily training sessions with managers and account executives.
Design our client's campaigns and meet with customers at private site events
Raise awareness, create user friendly-basis, and doing live activations for our clients
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
You'll need above average customer service skills because you'll be speaking with customers on a face to face basis daily
Full time availability is ideal. We do however have limited part time availability for candidates
A positive attitude is essential
You must be able to work independently and should be able to work within a team environment
Must be able to commute to our office in Cincinnati _ (This is NOT a WFH or remote position) _
