Job Overview
We are looking for a full time Customer Service Representative to join our sales crew in Saint Louis, MO. The Customer Service Representative's primary task is to provide outstanding service; maintain a clean, customer-friendly environment; stock and merchandise products; and proactively engage shoppers in conversations about product offerings. Customer Service Representatives are at the heart of our customers' experience.
Our Customer Service Representative provides knowledgeable answers to customer questions, drive sales of new products and help to run in store demonstrations.
Customer Service Representative Essential Functions:
Delivering sales via an outstanding customer experience
Meet personal and productivity goals
The Customer Service Representative interacts with every customer by inquiring to best meet customer needs
Our Customer Service Representative will help with visual merchandising by ensuring displays are well maintained
Process sales as needed
Use a POS to process all purchases
Provide exact change for customers
Drive sales by guiding customers to the best products to purchase for their needs
Demonstrate honesty and integrity while reporting daily interactions
Listen to customers' concerns and handle complaints
Work with a sales team to create better methods to address customer complaints
Our Customer Service Representative will also assist with standard Loss Prevention procedures
Customer Service Representative Requirements :
Create a seamless experience that customers can engage in conversations
Complete training and put what you've learned to use.
Customer service or retail experience preferred
High school diploma/ GED or equivalent preferred
Good reading, written and verbal language skills
Effective communication skills
Ability to lift at least 15 lbs
Provide excellent customer service
Must follow all policies and procedures for sales transaction
Must possess valid United States work authorization
Must have reliable transportation to the St. Louis area. We do not have remote roles available
