This growing coffee roasting company has a need for a Customer Service Representative to assist during their busy holiday season. You would get to work with a friendly, welcoming team in a comfortable, positive environment!

Customer Service Representative Job Duties:

Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, or online chat.
Providing information about company products and services
Managing customer information and orders utilizing company database
Serving as friendly point of contact for the office

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

Excellent customer service, written & oral communication skills
Minimum 1-year experience in a customer-facing role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, willingness to learn new software

Pay: $22/hour

Schedule: Tuesday - Thursday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
