Job Overview
_SKY HVAC is a young, disruptive, and ambitious heating and air conditioning contractor that is rapidly expanding in the Southeast. Customer Service is a team effort, and every department is involved! A customer care rep is great at communication, making customers feel comfortable, empathetic, and great at multi-tasking! Positive attitude and willingness to help is required. Our customer service team is the first voice when someone contacts us and sets the tone for what a customer expects from our company. Shift availability is between 8a-6pm Monday-Friday. 8 hour shift with a 30 minute lunch. One Saturday a month is required from 8am-12pm. _
Support customers who need help whether it be through an incoming call, text chat, or website contact form.
Educate customers so they can make informed decisions about their home.
Use software to input service requests accurately and in available time slots.
Communicate with the appropriate department about any customer concerns or anything that should be followed up with by a location.
Assist in scheduling visits for Sky Club (maintenance plan) customers
Make outbound calls to ensure our field staff stays busy during slower times
Sell and renew maintenance plans
Participate in ongoing training on objection handling, empathy, and call booking
Maintain a call booking rate of 92%
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
