Job description:

Growing sales and service company selling fluid systems products to the following industries: Automotive, Chemical, Refining, Food, Power, Pipelines, and more. Looking for a self-starter, self-motivated, take charge, and multi-tasker type of person for this position open due to growth. The ideal candidate will leverage technology, innovative thinking, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills to support customers, fellow associates, and the company to achieve strategic goals.

Qualifications:

• 1-5 years experience working in customer service (entering orders, entering quotes, purchasing from established 3rd party vendors, and more)
• Ability to build strong customers relationships over the phone and through email.
• Proficiency using internet and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to learn new software MRP/ERP system such as SAP and accounting software
• Ability to work in the office Monday through Friday from 8:00am 5:00pm
• Opportunity to work partially remote after training period ends.
• Associate or Bachelor Degree is preferred
