Job Overview
Schedule: Thursday - Saturday from 4:00P-8:00P and Sunday from 4:00P-7:00P
Off-Site Cashiers work from our corporate office and the cashier center operates Thursday - Sunday every week plus additional holidays throughout the year that fall on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday lending support to the stores on those high-volume sales days. Successful applicants must be available on a consistent and regular basis Thursday - Sunday each week and the occasional holidays.
Off-Site Cashiers take calls for our corporate owned restaurants and place customer food orders into appropriate store's POS system. You will ensure each guest receives outstanding customer service by providing a friendly and professional interaction which would require extensive understanding of our menu including, but not limited to: bundling options, when to offer additional items and continually updating your knowledge of our promotions, coupons and discounts. Off-Site Cashiers work in an open and collaborative environment where all can see and hear each other. Complete and thorough training is provided.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma preferred, but not required
Experience with point of sale (POS) system and/or multi-phone line system helpful
Comfortable using multiple types of technology at once
Willingness to learn both initially and on a continuing basis due to frequent changes
Able to maintain positive and professional attitude at all times
Strong communication skills which include ability to speak clearly and to listen
Provide respectful customer service interaction for each customer while positively enforcing all company policies and guidelines
