Job Overview
Our tax lien investment company is looking to add a Servicing Coordinator to our team.
The job duties include, but are not limited to:
Responding to customer inquiries over the phone, e-mail and through the mail
Collecting payments
Report creation and review
Calculating Payoffs and Payment Plan Amortizations
Mail Processing
Answering, making and handling phone calls
Coordinate with outside attorneys and government offices
Provide backup and assistance to co-workers and operations department
The required credentials include:
Administrative skills to include proficiency in the use of all Microsoft Office products, i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook.
Excellent customer service skills
Must be comfortable spending substantial amount of time on phone
Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills
Must be proactive and have the ability to multitask and prioritize
Must possess the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Reliability and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Advanced level of organizational skill
High attention to detail
This position offers competitive pay based on experience, along with a full benefits package and casual dress.
