Doherty Staffing Solutions is looking for a Customer Service Representative to help recruit participants for exciting market research studies. In this role, you would be asked to work in-person from our Bloomington office and the typical hours for this position are 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Monday-Friday. Compensation for this position is $20.00 per hour.

What a Customer Service Representative will do:

• Interview potential respondents over-the-phone
• Answer 20-25 outbound calls per hour using a list of provided phone numbers
• Perform interactions over the phone using scripts provided by the company
• Interact with business professionals around the U.S., screening and qualifying them for our research needs
• Provide background information to research participants and obtaining their willingness to participate
• Enter data from phone interactions accurately

What you need to be a Customer Service Representative:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 6 months previous experience in call center and customer service
• Must maintain regular attendance
• Have reliable transportation
• Able to communicate clearly to a variety of audience types
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient computer and typing skills
