Description:

On-site role located in a beautiful office environment!

Take inbound calls from customers inquiring to provide quotes and put through customer's orders

Answer customers concerns/questions via phone and email

Verify payment and shipping information with customers

Navigate through customer data base and provide correct information to customers

Maintain excellent customer service and professionalism

Follow up with customers or order status, missing information, etc.

Collaborate with internal sales team and teammates to assist when needed.
