Essential Duties

• Prepare, enter, verify, document, coordinate and expedite customer quotes, exception repairs, and purchase orders efficiently.
• Respond to emails promptly, prioritize, investigate, and ensure resolution.
• Work with internal customers (Sales, Equipment Repair, Engineering, S/R) to properly facilitate customer issues and concerns.
• Answer incoming phone calls courteously, providing proper follow-through to completion.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (required)
• Associate degree (preferred)
• 3+ years of customer service experience in industrial or technical field
• Proficient using computer (MS Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Service oriented with friendly demeanor
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
