Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries by utilizing customer relationship management systems.
Provide solutions to customers and answer complex questions on products and services.
Promote daily deals and process orders.
Manage account information working with other departments in the company to provide personalized service for repeat customers.
Suggest new products or bundles to drive up sales.
Receive feedback from customers and provide prompt responses to resolve queries.
Maintain accurate records of sales.
