Job Description:
Able to handle multiple inbound and outbound calls while providing excellent customer service
Keep track of customer interactions, process accounts, and file paperwork
Attend regular unit team meetings and assist the team in attaining and exceeding customer service objectives.
Capable of meeting deadlines and delivering results
Follow all communication processes, policies, and guidelines
Understands client inquiries, reviews prior inquiries and responses, gathers and researches information, assembles and forwards information, and confirms customer understanding of information and answer.
Uses appropriate methods/tools, provide accurate, valid, and full information
Handles client concerns, providing acceptable solutions and alternatives within the timeframes set; follow up to confirm that the issue has been resolved
Go above and above to engage customers.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:
8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
