Possesses strong communication skills
Provides exceptional customer service
Is a team player
Veterinary front desk experience strongly suggested
Annapolis Bestgate Eye Care for Animals is a fast-paced and exciting veterinary ophthalmology practice. We have a large clientele that we constantly meet or exceed their expectations.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Provide general office support for the veterinary practice
Greeting clients/patients
Appointment scheduling
Preparing medical records
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Presenting and processing financial options as well as processing and balancing financial payments
This position is full time, and shifts will range from Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
