The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing and maintaining updated information for customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via incoming calls, written specifications, and emails
  • Create quotes for customers and technicians per customer specifications
  • Process customer PO's in SAP for billing
  • Maintain customer portals for PO's
  • Submit monthly flash revenue numbers to management
  • Administrate sales order portfolio on a daily basis to meet plant revenue
  • SAP experience required

Minimum Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3-4 years of prior experience in customer-facing role and outstanding customer service attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Project, etc.
• Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship.
