Job Overview
Our call center located in Ruston, LA is currently searching part-time & full-time Customer Service Representatives to join our team. If you have excellent communication skills, are up-to- date on technology and have previous customer service experience, this could be your next career move.
Job duties include:
Receive calls in a timely manner, provide excellent customer service to clients.
Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; verifying information
Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information
Manages reported issues by creating and updating support tickets
Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
Work as a team-player
Work Schedule: The call center operates from 8:00 am - 10:00 pm Mon-Sat, closed Sunday. We are flexible to work with your schedule. For part-time, minimum 20 hrs/wk worked and up to 29 hrs/wk. For full time, need consistent 38-40 hrs/wk. We also require 3 Saturday shirts a month.
