Pool and Spa Depot is interviewing candidates for the positions of Customer Service Representatives to be based out of our LaVergne, TN headquarters!

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will provide customers with courteous customer service either in person or over the phone. The CSR is a part of our Service Department and will be taking inbound calls from customers to create service tickets and follow up once service is completed to ensure customer satisfaction. CSRs strive to retain current customers and develop new business by extending professional, efficient service and suggesting additional services and products to meet the customer's needs. CSRs represent the Pool & Spa Depot brand to our customers by providing superior, personalized customer service.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide account information to customers including, but not limited to previous service calls and repairs.
Schedule service appointments
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Build relationships & trust with customers & potential customers by listening to their needs and educating them about our products and services.
Accurately communicate customer concerns to technical staff
Being mindful of logistics (geography, time and weather) of the service techs in scheduling appointments.
Maintain a working knowledge of products and services
Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Must be fluid and able to adapt to changes in daily priorities
Previous customer service experience
Strong attention to detail
Must be able to multi-task
Computer knowledge and ability to learn/use Pool & Spa Depot software
Must be able to use web-based software (Google Mail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.)
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Experience as a Service Writer, Service Scheduler or Dispatcher or similar role is preferred, but not a requirement
Ability to follow directions
Must be able to work overtime hours as needed.
Be customer service focused
Have a pleasant phone demeanor
Please note: This position pays an hourly wage plus a commission.
