You are the first impression Owensboro Insulators makes with the customer.
Responsibilities and goals you'll own:
Respond to and resolve customer queries through phone and email quickly and effectively.
Book and manage appointments for our sales and install team.
Become knowledgable on Owensboro Insulators services and capabilities.
Escalate critical support issues to the appropriate internal channel.
Increase customer satisfaction and build loyalty through providing amazing, personal customer support.
Warehouse Inventory Management.
Experience and requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to solve problems logically and critically
Demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills
A strong understanding and working knowledge of the internet and Apple calendar.
1+ years in a customer service position preferably in phone support
Ability to pass drug screening
Valid Drivers License
Ability to lift 30lbs
Ability to operate Forklift
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
