We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to partner with our team. The ideal candidate will be available to work in the office on Mondays-Friday and is able to work a flexible schedule that includes some weekends. The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for helping customers and enjoys problem solving their issues. The Customer Service Representative should have prior experience working in a customer service environment, an excellent memory and a commitment to providing accurate answers and information in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
Answer questions about our products and services.
Know the steps to take to give customers the best service possible.
Be able to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Accurately assist customers with their insurance needs.
Understand insurance terminology; understand and interpret financial numbers, policies, and computer systems.
