Description:

-Answering about 40 incoming phone calls each day, including customer questions related to fueled cars. Communicate with customers via email, about 100 emails/day.

-Have a clear understanding of client specific needs.

-Use call tracking for all calls received.

-Analyze driver phone calls and watch for trends.

-Log all calls for metric purposes.

-Keep average talk time at 2.5 minutes or lower.

-Keep service levels at 80% or higher.

MUST HAVE:

-At least 6 months in a call center environment

-Computer and typing skills

-Starting Pay: $16.00 HR/ 1-2 months you will get a pay increase to $17.30 HR
