Company Seeks Customer Service Representative - Retail, Order Entry, Manufacturing, and C&IP Candidates Encouraged to Apply! $17/hour in Roselle, IL

Description:

-Responsible for assisting customers needs via email and phone

-Customers looking to place new orders, order updates, tracking and shipment information, and order issues

-Process bills of lading

- Send tracking orders to customers

-Process online orders

-20-30 phone calls per day (the volume can be lower or higher based on the day)

-Respond to customer emails from general email inbox

-Assembling customer binders for the production process

-Order processing and order entry using Netsuite by Oracle

-Other duties as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST-HAVES:

-1-2 years of customer service or retail experience

-Computer Skills

-Data Entry Skills

NICE HAVES:

-Netsuite by Oracle

-Bilingual in Spanish

SOFT SKILLS:

-Follow-through

-Resourceful on their own, ability to ask good questions and work through problems

-Team player: will work with a team of 6
