Customer Service Representatives handle inbound and outbound calls regarding multiple products to schedule appointments for our sales teams to make in-home sales presentations. They will be responsible for addressing price questions, objections, and requests for more information to successfully secure appointments.

Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally, ready to uncover their needs and schedule a consultation with a product expert.
Ensure accurate entry of all appointment and customer information into the CRM system.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to follow-up on various initiatives.
Qualifications:
What You'll Bring:
2+ years of call center and customer service experience.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and concisely over the phone.
Exceptional multi-tasking skills (talk and type simultaneously) with the ability to manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Expertise in overcoming objections and solving problems.
