Job Overview
The Position:
Customer Service Representatives take ownership for all aspects of assisting customers with their orders.
Answering phone calls, emails and chats using required platforms and CRM's (Customer Relations Management)
Shows strong performance in various functions within the department to include:
Meeting productivity goals for phones - Average Handle time (6.2 minutes), with no missed or declined calls
Meeting productivity goals for emails - Average emails/hr (18/hr)
Meeting productivity goals for contacts per hour - Total of PH/EM/CH - divided by hours in those functions. Goal (10.4/hr)
Shows strong performance in the quality goal metric within the operations to include:
Meeting Quality goals from email and phone coaching (1.3 average score) CSAT score of 70% (percentage of CSAT "good" scores, of total number of scores)
Demonstrates acumen in the following tasks: Queue's, Net Promoter Score, SC, HMIN, Customer Returns, Corporate Gifting, or Wholesale
Support Lean operational excellence throughout this location.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must demonstrated proper grammar and spelling in written format
Strong work ethic - demonstrated excellent attendance
Able to seamlessly change priorities as needed
An enthusiastic self-starter who works well in a team environment
The ability to follow instruction and independently complete work tasks.
Focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
Able to work variable hours including evening and weekends, as necessary.
High School Diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred
We operate 7 days a week and Representatives are normally assigned a 5-day work week of 40-45 hours with various schedules between the hours of 6:00AM to 11:00PM Eastern Monday - Friday and 8:00AM to 7:00PM Eastern Saturday and Sunday.
Location: Remote
Compensation & Benefits:
Total target compensation could be $35,000 or more including overtime and potential bonuses
Customer Service Representative I, starting pay is - $16.00 / hour
Customer Service Representative II - $16.25 - expectation is within 60-days
Customer Service Representative III - $17.00.
Possible consideration for further promotion to Lead I or II with higher compensation
On the first day you start earning your Personal Time Off (PTO) at 5% of actual hours worked
This equates to 100 hours per year at full-time hours
PTO can also be paid out monthly if you want!
