Responsibilities:
Keep the customer experience quick, easy, and fun
Answer questions or concerns about services or products
Provide information about new promotions/devices/accessories
Assist customers with billing, technical support, or account issues.
Provide recommendations for problem solution
Meeting individual and team sales goals
