CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
TransOx is a Joint Commission accredited Veteran Owned Small Business. We are a Home Medical Equipment Company that supplies Home Oxygen to Veterans across the state. TransOx is now accepting applications for a full time Customer Service Representative who is able to work 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday-Friday & 9:30am - 6:00pm every other Friday.
Competitive Pay plus benefits for full time employees as pay is negotiable based upon experience.
Our Customer Service Representatives prep all work orders for our team to deliver to the patient's home.
Responsibilities:
Answering Phones
Process Orders for all patients
Input new patient information into our billing system, verify patient information
Answer technician and billing department questions in regards to sales orders
All other general CSR duties that may arise
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Brightree experience preferred
Multi-task
Detail oriented
Must be able to function in fast past environment
Must be able to work a flexible schedule and work weekends
This position requires background check, pre-employment drug screen
