Job Overview
Position Summary:
Customer service-oriented position involving daily contact with customers and co-workers in situations that require a positive attitude. The Individual must always have tact and courtesy. The Customer Service Representative facilitates a high level of service by creating inviting experiences. Concentration is imperative as the environment changes frequently and at a fast pace.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Excellent communication skills written, spoken, via telephone face to face, email, ARINC radio system
2. Excellent interpersonal skills
3. Must be very organized
4. Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure
5. Assist customers with requested services such as fuel, catering, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, etc.
6. Resolve customer requests, questions, complaints regarding the company's services or products
7. Bill customers for services rendered
8. Set up new accounts; maintain records and other clerical duties
9. Maintain a high standard of professional appearance at all times
10. Maintain and stock materials and amenities in the customer service areas
11. Transport customers by crew van to airport terminals and local hotels

Knowledge and Skills:
For this position, we are looking for someone who is goal-oriented that can always maintain a professional image and attitude. Must follow guidelines and policies from the FAA, US Customs & Border Protection, and company sources. Customer service principles include excellent listening skills, composure, approachability, and courtesy.
Must be able to accomplish tasks with little or no supervision on-time and quickly without compromising safety
Must possess excellent time management skills
Must be able to work as an effective member of a team and be able to receive constructive criticism from peers
Must be able to recognize and prepare for changes to their environment and adapt their plans and strategies in order to accomplish tasks
This person must be able to communicate effectively using verbal, written, digital and radio means of communication
Strict attention to detail is required to avoid confusion while communicating orders, following written procedures, and learning how to service a wide variety of aircraft.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
No special licenses or certificates required
One-year minimum working as Customer Service
