Job Overview
The Role
The CSR partnering with Insurance companies to obtain vehicle for resale.
The IAA CSR contacts storage facilities and vehicle owners to secure the release of the vehicle to IAA tow drivers.
Flexible and open schedule
8AM-5PM EDT M-F, 1 short day 8AM-2:30PM, either W, Th, F - short day depends on business need
Can not be LATE, ABSENT or LEAVE for any reason during training
3 weeks of paid training Mon-Friday 8am-4:30pm
$13.50/hr plus monthly bonus
