Customer Service Representative Job Description
Rapidly growing company in _CLEARWATER, FL_ looking for a Customer Service Representative.

YOUR MISSION:
Your priority is to "WOW" our clients by helping get their jobs completed and mailed out in a timely manner. You'd be their point of contact right after they purchase their order, all the way until completion. This includes being the liaison point between the customer and our design team, and our mailing list/mailing area teams as well. The overall goal is to get the customers' orders sent out on time, to the intended audience, and at the best postage rates possible.
(We teach you all about all of these things so don't fret!)
REQUIRED/DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic computer skills.
Ability to proficiently follow customer's instructions
Pleasantly communicating with customers on the phone as well as via e-mail
Ability to navigate the computer system and e-mail system once trained
Ability to type with speed and accuracy (at least 40 wpm).
Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Programs such as Outlook, Excel, etc.
Excellent team player and willing to help others as needed.
Ability to coordinate data coming from various sources
Detail oriented!
WORK HOURS:
Full-time in-office position
Monday - Friday from 9:00am -6:00pm with an hour lunch
COMPENSATION:
Pay is $18/ hour to start
Pay increases available upon performance reviews.
