Job Overview
At NK Group, the Entry Level Customer Service Representative serves as the main go-between for our clients and their consumers. The Entry Level Customer Service Representative is the face, voice and spirit of our clients to the consumer and is one of the most valued positions in our firm.
Entry Level Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Grow and maintain customer relations by greeting clients with a friendly and welcoming demeanor building a sense of comfort and trust
Present and educate selected clients on new products, services, and any deals or sales promotions
Analyze competition, market trends, as well as customer demands in order to increase the company's competitive edge and further sales growth
Attend new hire orientation and training meetings to gain new skills and utilize given tools to attain the interest of prospective clients and effectively close
Analyze and optimize territory markets in order to track sales revenue and profit margins efficiently
Generate brand awareness in our local communities by representing our clients with rectitude and in a positive light
Entry Level Customer Service Representative Preferred Qualifications:
Completion of an undergraduate program or equivalent work experience preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with consumers, staff and management
A strong customer service mentality paired with a friendly, helpful personality
Incredible attention to detail and the ability to learn and adapt quickly
High scheduling flexibility; the ability to work some weekends for larger projects
We provide extensive training in all product knowledge, company policies, conflict resolution, customer service and sales strategy and more. This is a fast-paced work environment as we are currently undergoing a regional expansion and we are looking for not only our next team members but also our next team leaders.
