The duties and responsibilities of a CSR include managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, assisting new and current customers, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels. Emails, Text, ect.
Transferring calls to the appropriate departments.
Learning our services we provide inside and out so that you can answer questions and provide information to our customers.
Booking appointments, completing the appropriate forms, applications, and requests of customers and employees.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Excellent communication abilities and data entry skills are essential for candidates.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
