PURPOSE STATEMENT:
Game One is the premier provider of apparel, gear, and equipment unifying teams and fans in schools, clubs, and organizations.
JOB SUMMARY
The Customer Relations Representative serves and supports GAME ONE customers with a moderate to high level of complexity to cultivate and build strong customer relationships over the customer lifecycle, while ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement. This role is responsible for developing an advanced level of product or service knowledge to support moderate to highly complex customer questions and concerns while successfully addressing unexpected variables. This position is instrumental in attracting potential customers, recommending alternatives and cross-selling opportunities. Acts as liaison between customer, sales representative and internal Teams as order status is monitored and updated.
JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage a high volume of customer contacts and communications through phone and email each day.
Communicate with customers and/or the sales representative regarding order status from inception through shipment and invoicing ensuring total customer satisfaction.
Assist customers with artwork approval, change orders, questions, concerns, or requests, keeping sales representative informed. Process updates accurately within the ERP system.
Work with all decoration and fulfillment departments to assist with ensuring accuracy and timeliness of fulfillment.
Run various reports on a daily and weekly basis to monitor the status of orders, manage open order queues, troubleshooting as necessary to ensure timely and accurate order completion.
Effectively capture customers' product expectations, experiences, satisfaction and likelihood of abandonment.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Excellent problem-solving aptitude.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organization, attention to detail and time management skills, effectively using level of independent judgement to prioritize tasks.
Ensure high level of professionalism during all interactions with customers and prospects.
Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and management to drive a superior customer experience
Responsible with a strong work ethic.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
College degree or three to five years related experience and/or training.
Past customer service/sales experience preferred.
Industry experiences a definite asset.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, good PC ability and typing skills including internet experience, and aptitude.
